Returns
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund conditions carefully below.
General policy
Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided under European Union law. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please always check your order upon receipt. Should an item prove faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at commerciale@elcamos.it.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of:
- sale items or gift cards;
- personalised or made-to-measure products.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been processed. Approved refunds are issued within 10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 working days, please get in touch.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to return
To request a refund, write to us at commerciale@elcamos.it. Your email should include your order number and/or proof of purchase, the reason for the refund and, where the request concerns a fault or damage found upon receipt, a description accompanied by photographs. Returns should be sent to:

Product categories
- Clothing, accessories, components and spare parts: return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except where the product is faulty or damaged). Refunds are issued only if the product is unused, intact and in its original packaging.
- Skis and bicycles: may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Return costs are borne by the customer. Items returned after 14 days, or damaged owing to inadequate packaging, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
