We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions.

Return period

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

• Be unused and in perfect condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
• Show no signs of use, damage, or wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
